The Lookout Call voice recognition system will shortly include a new ‘Check in / Check out’ facility which has been specifically requested by Security companies, but may also be used by any employer with staff who need to be closely monitored.
This will enable the lone worker [eg a security guard] to verbally book automated call-backs from the system at the frequency of the employers choice. The call-back options will be :
- 15 minutes
- 30 minutes
- 45 minutes
- 1 hour
- 2 hours
Having stated the required call-back frequency, the system will automatically call the security guard throughout their shift. An emergency alarm will be raised immediately if the lone worker fails to acknowledge a call.
