For the third year running lone worker safety specialist Lookout Call has been recognised for its genuine commitment to customer service with a BenchmarQ Diamond Award from QMS International.
QMS surveyed a random selection of Lookout Call clients on their customer experience, including staff performance, knowledge, products and services.
Following the survey results,Lookout Call was awarded the Diamond BenchmarQ Award for Customer Satisfaction – the highest possible accolade – after achieving an outstanding overall result of 91%. Furthermore, all clients who took part in the survey said that they would ‘happily recommend Lookout Call to other businesses’.
