July saw the launch of Lookout Call’s new Voice Recognition functionality, offering users an additional way to access the Lookout Call system.
This has been designed to offer increased simplicity via an intuitive interface requiring no technical knowledge, and cuts the time required to manage safety.
The new functionality has been well received by existing clients, many of whom have already made it available to their teams and generated substantial positive feedback.
Voice Recognition has also proved popular with new & prospective users. The technology was showcased at July’s Chartered Institute of Housing conference in Manchester and was praised for its speed & simplicity.
